All dresses are made from scratch and can be customized in sizes from 00 up to 6X. There is a slight fabric surcharge with plus sizes to ensure that fullness/style is not compromised. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Generally speaking, all handmade items should be dry cleaned to ensure their longevity. Tulle petticoats are the exception. They can safely be washed in cool water and then dried on low tumble (or hung to dry). Please convo me if you have any questions.

I am a small slow fashion brand and do not accept wholesale orders at this time.

However, there is a 20% discount for multiple orders (for instance for 2 or more bridesmaid dresses). Please contact me in a convo if you have any questions or would like to set up a personalized listing for multiple items.

I offer muslin "mock-ups" for a small charge. This is ideal if you find that you are generally hard to fit, and you are worried about your wedding dress not being on-point when ordered on-line.

You will receive a basic muslin version of your dress, without the zipper/closure or any of the trimmings. You can try this on and mark it up with a sharpie in spots that you would like to alter or that don't seem quite "right". Then just mail this back to me in the prepaid envelope and I will use that as your dress template.

This process helps to ensure a perfect fit even at a distance!

If you prefer in-person measurements and one in-person fitting before the dress is completed, please contact me via Etsy convos. I live in Westlake, Ohio and I can arrange for a private fitting session if you live within driving distance.

As I hope you will understand, many long hours go into creating each custom-made dress. They are sewn up for you with your individual measurements. Therefore, at this time I cannot accept returns.

However, the happiness of my clients is of upmost importance to me... and I will strive to make your order right in any way I can. I will alter your dress one time free of charge after you have received it if it needs tweaking. This is considered an "exhange" and I will cover all shipping costs.

6. Now your work is done - I will contact you via Etsy to discuss particulars and measurements... then I will start working on your beautiful new item!
